PET filling machines for still products

PET Filling machines for still products of any dimensions and sizes. The filling valve of machines is suitable to products that need high speed performance. The filling process takes place by gravity atmospheric pressure.These valves allow the passage of big product flow rate and thus high production; moreover you can realize the bottle centering even with precarious handling. The jet filling system, especially designed for high speed filling of large containers. Thanks to the low number of mobile parts and total absence of dynamic seals, wear and tear problems have been eliminated as has the need for maintenance, and an extremely efficacious sanitation cycle has been made possible.

1) Filling valve
In this valve an adjustable spout is used, so there is no need to change it in case of a different bottle size.
The spouts adjustment can be either manual, manual and centralize or automatic.
The new helical deflector allows homogenous and constant filling. The liquid is spread towards the inner bottle wall to avoid foaming.
Thanks to this new deflector there is no need to change any item when changing the bottle size.

 
2) Dummy bottle
The manual dummy bottle is placed on the hanger of the lifting jack and then manually inserted and released.
On request, it is possible to have automatic dummy bottle. This one is fixed on the machine and it is automatically triggered and defused by proper devices.
There are no dynamic gaskets both for the manual dummy bottle and the automatic one.
 
3) Bottle lifting jack
The lifting jacks are of a pneumatic type with closed circuit, thus without any compressed air consumption.
In this new pneumatic jack there is only one dynamic gasket; all the sliding movements take place on cylindrical rods.
This jack arrangement allows an easy maintenance.
 
4) Product bowl
The bowl is of a central type.
All contact parts with the product are manufactured in s.s. AISI 304 (on demand they can be made in stainless steel 316) and the weldings are effected avoiding any gap or porosity; successively they are mirror polished (0,004 ÷ 0,0025 micron), removing juts and sharp corners.
In this way we can allow a perfect cleaning and avoid any turbulences or foam that could badly influence the final phase of the filling.
 
5) Automatic pitch variation
Compact and linear, thanks to the pitch variation system without additional worm screws, the machine can handle containers in extremely small spaces.
 
6) Sanitation
The tank, filling valves and other product contact parts are mirror-polished and slightly tilted in order to safeguard against dirt and residue and to facilitate washing and draining.
These parts can be washed and sanitized using hot or cold liquid solutions.
